Staging

At HAVEN, we think a house should look like a home, not a motel. A clean, inviting, stylish, interesting home where people can imagine themselves living, entertaining and loving. We believe this type of home is created over time and feels cared for, which is why we take a modern + eclectic approach to staging & styling homes. We accomplish this by using a curated assortment of modern and vintage home decor. Our goal is to turn your house into the best version of a home that it can be. Our staging will enhance what your home has to offer to prospective buyers as well as make it shine above the competition.

Re-Styling

You love your home, but feel you need a fresh perspective and want to crank the style factor up a notch. Our Re-Style service is a re-working + editing of what you already own. Additionally, HAVEN will bring in a mix of modern + vintage accessories, art and furniture to help you achieve the signature HAVEN style yet uniquely your own at the same time. Pre-Listing Consultation

This is a walk n’ talk style consult. We walk your whole property, I talk, you take detailed notes and then you execute. I am available for follow up questions via text or email while you are prepping your property to list. We start outside at the front door, completing the same route a potential buyer would. First impressions are critical so we spend a great deal of time discussing the walk up to the front door, entry, foyer, and any spaces upon first glance. We then walk through the remainder of the property, opening every door, every closet, discussing furniture layout, scents, etc. The consultation walk-through takes approximately 1.5-2 hours. Homes larger than 2,800 square feet take approximately 2-3.5 hours.

Basic Consultation Fee: $210, for homes under 2,800 Larger Home Consultation Fee: $220 - $325 for properties larger than 2,800 square feet

Sourcing:
Looking for that perfect sofa for a photo shoot, party, or to make a permanent centerpiece for the living room makeover you're working on? We can help. We specialize in finding those unique pieces everyone wants but doesn't have the time or resources to search for. We love to scour auctions, thrift stores, and vintage markets, and we have an extensive network of professional suppliers to help us find what you're looking for.

Purchasing:
We partner with Vintage MC to provide a huge selection of carefully curated modern, eclectic furniture that is ready to purchase. If they don't have what you're looking for, we will search for that perfect piece. Contact us. We'll discuss what you're looking for and set a realistic budget and expected time frame. If you agree to the proposal, we'll collect a modest deposit and get to work finding that perfect item.

Rentals:
